Q. How do I download files from the website?
Click on the first link with your RIGHT mouse button and you will see a menu open up.In Internet Explorer Choose “Save Target As…” and download the file to your desktop (in Firefox you choose “Save Link As..”).
Once you select the “save target as” or “save link as” entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
Q. Why are the videos so choppy on the website?
A. There are three possible reasons for this. The first is that your internet connection may be too slow. If this is the case, choose to download the videos and watch them on your computer. The second reason could be that you do not have adobe flash installed. Click here to get Adobe Flash The third reason could be that you are using Fire Fox to visit this website and you simple need to close all your tabs and reset your browser. Videos do seem to play better with internet Explorer 7 and 8.
Q. Why can I not open some of the documents that I have downloaded?
A. You will require Adobe PDF reader to view some of the documents. Click Here to Get Adobe reader. You may also require a Microsoft Word or open Office. Open office can be download and installed free on your computer. it is not recommended that you install Open Office if you currently have Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office already installed on your computer. Q. why don’t the videos play on my computer?
The videos from this website require an FLV player. Click here to get a FREE FLV player for PC or Mac.
Q. How to submit a support request?

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
find your purchase receipt from click bank, you will find information necessary to cancel your membership. You can also submit a request to the support desk. Please be aware that if you choose to camel your membership via the help desk, it may take of to 72 hours to fulfill your request. No refunds will be issued if you do not initiate your request in time before your next billing period.
