How do I muscle test?

1. Burn every track to a separate CD or just write the name of the tracks on separate pieces of paper, though this second option may not be as effective.
2. Hold each CD with a specific track up to your heart and hold out your left arm if you are male and your right arm if you are female.
3. Have a friend or family member apply downward pressure to your straight arm.
4. Pay attention to how easily your arm moves or doesn’t move downward.
5. Repeat for every track and pay attention to what happens.
6. Choose the 2 tracks that give you the most strength against the downward applied pressure to your arm.
